This part of the programme is about your future and it is a chance for you to do some positive thinking in this uncertain time

As you work through the activities, you might want to discuss your thoughts and ideas with someone in your household or your friends.

Listed below are 7 sessions for you to work through – tick off each section as you complete it. Each session has a series of activities for you to complete. You will see under each session some information about the topic and the activity for you to download. Information on how to complete these activities are found on the front page of the activity you’ve downloaded, including an informative video. Don’t do it all in one go – pace yourself and create a schedule that works for you and work through the sections over a number of days or weeks.

In this section you should think about your life as days of a week. How much you have achieved on your ‘Monday’ – learning to walk, talk, going to school? Think about how much you have achieved on your Tuesday, and what you want to do in the future?
