Our Impact

The Southern Universities Network works to support the Uni Connect programme by monitoring and evaluating our practice relating to the key strategic aims of the programme. The Research and Evaluation team work to embed robust monitoring an evaluation within SUN funded activities and projects.

We look to maintain a strong evidence base that informs our strategic outreach and celebrates the ongoing work with schools, colleges, parents and students within our network.

We use our evaluation, research and data collected from the programme to inform our approach to strategic outreach and support our impact evaluation, providing contribution to the national evaluation of the Uni Connect programme. We work closely with the Uni Connect national evaluation team to ensure our local best practice from the information collected, is fed into national Higher Education policy discussions.
