iCan Create Mobile
As you work through the activities, you might want to discuss your thoughts and ideas with someone in your household or your friends.
Listed below are 7 sections for you to work through – tick off each section as you complete it. Make sure you read through all of the information in the PDFs and use the instructions to find out what you need to do. Don’t do it all in one go – pace yourself and create a schedule that works for you and work through the sections over a number of days or weeks.
You have three choices for how you record your results for each activity:
1. Use a pen and paper to write down your answers
2. Print the iCan Poster and Golden Ticket worksheet so you can write on it
3. Download the iCan Poster and Golden Ticket worksheet and type your answers

There are two elements of the Welcome section
1. MAKE EVERY DAY COUNT
In this section you should think about your life as days of a week. How much you have achieved on your ‘Monday’ – learning to walk, talk, going to school? Think about how much you have achieved on your Tuesday, and what you want to do in the future?
TASK: Read the information on the second page.
TASK: Write out the days of the week and make a note of what you would like to achieve on each day.
2. MAKING A START
TASK: Read through the information on the third page completing the circle task as per the instructions.

This section is all about developing a healthy mindset.
TASK: Read through the information on pages 6 and 7 and complete the tasks throughout using the images on pages 8 and 9, and the iCan comments and phrases on page 10. Use the THINK IT section of the iCan Poster to record your answers.

This section will help you to start to create a meaningful vision for your life and help you shape a future for yourself.
TASK: Read through the information on page 12 and complete the activities using the ‘lottery balls’ on pages 13 – 15.
TASK: Read and work through the information on page 16. Complete the task at the bottom of page 16, recording your answers in the SEE IT section of your iCan Poster
Spend about 30 minutes on this section
The FEEL IT section will help you to focus on what you care about, your passions and what matters most to you.
TASK: Read through the information on page 18 and complete the tasks using the ‘heart’ on page 19 and the ‘doorways’ on pages 20 – 23.
TASK: Read through the information on page 24 and complete the task, use the FEEL IT section of the iCan Poster to record your answers.
Spend about 45 minutes on this section
The TOUCH IT section helps you to realise your full potential.
TASK: Read through the information on page 28. Complete the ‘party exercise’ using the images on pages 29 – 31 and record your notes on the TOUCH IT section of the iCan Poster.
TASK: Read through the information and work through the tasks on pages 32 – 34 and record your notes on the TOUCH IT section of the iCan Poster.

The BE IT section will help you to realise your potential and make a unique difference when you maximise the skills you love.
TASK: Read through the information on pages 36 – 37.
TASK: Draw circles of your life at the moment (like the ones on page 37). Are you happy with this? Is this what you would like to continue? Now draw your ideal situation. Think about how this could be achieved. Record your notes on the BE IT section of the iCan Poster.
TASK: Recreate your own Golden Ticket on pages 38 -39 by completing the Golden Ticket worksheet. Thinking about the exercises that you have completed so far – imagine you are in your future and living your best life; complete the Golden Ticket by using the iCan Poster as your prompt.
TASK: Read through the information on page 40. Review your own Golden Ticket whilst thinking about Working, Learning, Playing and Giving.

The DO IT section is all about making your vision happen. This section gets you to think about the barriers that may stop you achieving your goals.
TASK: Read through all of the information on pages 42- 46. There are a number of different tasks for you to work through – use the DO IT section of the iCan Poster to record your notes.
TASK: Complete the PLAN A / PLAN B task on page 45.
