What will the session cover?

Last year, the Teacher Wellbeing Index reported that 78% of education professionals experience mental health symptoms due to their work. In this workshop, Liz Robson will introduce you to the practical strategies that support staff to improve wellbeing and build resilience so they are better able to increase student aspiration effectively and manage issues that are impacting their wellbeing and stress levels. This session will introduce our staff wellbeing toolkit as a practical solution schools can invest in to help increase staff workforce wellbeing, reduce stress and build resilience.

Who is it for?

This session is aimed at Teachers and professionals working with young people in education settings.

Liz Robson is the CEO, Founder and Creative Director at Worth-it and is a leading Positive Psychologist and Educator. She has been developing evidence-based, co-produced early prevention programmes for young people within schools, the NHS, and local authorities for over 12 years.
