SUN WIN PROVIDER OF THE YEAR AWARD

The SOUTHERN UNIVERSITIES NETWORK HAS BEEN AWARDED ‘PROVIDER OF THE YEAR’ AT THE EMPLOYERS BUILDING FUTURES AWARDS 2021

Presented by Enterprise M3 and The Careers & Enterprise Company, the SUN has been congratulated following their win and have been recognised as one of the leading organisations operating in the EM3 region.

Head of the SUN Claire O’Neill says “We were absolutely thrilled to win this award jointly with the Higher Education Outreach Network (HEON), our colleagues from Uni Connect in North Hampshire.

One of the positives to come out of working virtually is the opportunity to strengthen our existing partnerships with the CEC and M3 Enterprise LEP whilst working on innovative projects like Future Steps and the Virtual Careers and Apprenticeship Show which was a region wide collaborative project with our colleagues in the local authorities. The opportunity to continue to support students across the region, especially through last 18 months is a privilege and we look forward to working together in the new academic year.”
