Welcome to our interactive activity which is all about preparing for interviews. You are going to spend time:

1. Understanding the STAR method and how to use it to give “killer” answers to interview questions.
2. Knowing how to prepare answers for likely interview questions.
3. Analysing answers to interview questions, so you know what a GREAT answer looks like.
4. Hearing from employers in the local area to get inside knowledge on what they will be looking for in potential candidates.

At some point in your life you will need to go for an interview and as long as you do the right preparation you should feel confident and positive. Always remember it is a two-way process that will help you ensure that you have found the right role for you too!
