We hope you had a lovely half-term and enjoyed the sunshine! Our last issue focussed on giving you tips and ideas about how you can work from and ways you can form a good schedule to support you. If you missed it you can read it here read it here.

Now it’s time to tap into your creativity and get mindful.

This issue will explore different ways of being creative, tours of museums and colouring books with lots of fun home tasking ideas for you to try out. Whether you are naturally creative, want to try something new or need to find ways to check in with your wellbeing, we have lots of fun and interesting information for you in this issue!

Wellbeing Bites

Mindfulness colouring books are popular at the moment, scientific studies have shown that it can be a really good form of stress relief as it calms the brain by stimulating creativity and logical thinking. Some studies show 10 minutes of colouring a day can really help to ease anxiety and stress. If you are finding it hard to switch off and meditation and yoga isn’t your thing, then why not try a colouring session to get that mindfulness state.

If you don’t have access to a colouring book at home – there are also puzzles and activities too!
