Looking after yourself during lockdown

Wellbeing, Resilience and Health

Like the rest of the world, the SUN team spent the Easter break at home thinking about ideas of how we can all stay motivated and we would like to share our ideas with you. We would also like to continue to help you think about your future in a time where we are all very much thinking of the here and now.

In this first episode of SUN stays in touch we will be discussing wellbeing and how to stay motivated after the Easter break!

Some people are great at motivating themselves whilst staying at home, for others thinking about even getting up on time seems like a struggle. We are going to give you some ideas to keep your mind, body and soul active during the holiday time.

First things first, everyone keeps saying wash your hands for 20 seconds. We all know various ways to make sure we are washing for the whole 20 seconds, but have you ever thought why? This short TEDed video explains why and how soap can help to kill the corona virus.
