“The immediate impact on pupils was very clear – they were all 100% engaged and keen to take part; answering questions from the speakers, being eager to voice their opinions and sharing personal experiences. This was lovely to see.”
“Pupils…have shown an increased sense of personal responsibility. The information shared during the sessions has increased their understanding between behaviours now, and how these can affect your applications to college, university and employment.”
“Through the interactive elements of the sessions, pupils were introduced to practical strategies for managing setbacks and challenges. Staff have since reported that pupils are more open to persevering through difficulties and will be able to approach problems with a more solution-focused mindset.”
“Thanks to the SUN funding, the school was able to host a high-quality, impactful programme with Politely Rebellious Next Gen CIC that has sparked meaningful conversations and laid the foundation for long-term change. The school is now considering how to embed these themes more deeply into the PSHE curriculum and pastoral care, ensuring the benefits of the project continue well beyond the initial delivery.”
