This introductory session is brought to you by the Southern Universities Network, following some collaborative work with The Children’s Society. Learn how to identify and support young carers in schools through this accredited online training session

What will the session cover?

This online interactive session will help you to:

  • Encourages students to start thinking about their future and what’s important to them
  • Find out more about Further Education and Level 3 options
  • Enables students to make informed choices about their futures
  • Learn how to effectively research the options available, and where to get more information

Who is it for?

This CPD session will be suitable for all staff working in secondary schools, including those in SLT roles, pastoral roles, teaching and non-teaching staff. It will also be suitable for staff who work across the education sector, for example, those in further and higher education, local authority, or charity roles.
