What people say and how they say it, their body language and their behaviour all speak volumes about them. 

Understanding your body language and non-verbal communication is essential to helping you interact with other people on a day-to-day basis and especially in situations like job interviews. 

As you work through the materials below, we will firstly think about communication skills in general and then we will apply them in recruitment situations.
