Help your students get more out of their brains. Learn about the well-being behaviours that can transform experience and help our brains build the best versions of ourselves every day. Andrew Wright (former SENDCO, DSL, headteacher and deputy head – founder of Action Your Potential, trained biologist, and by his own admission, total brain nerd) talks us through the neuroscience of anxiety and how daily behaviours can change our relationships with strong negative feelings and anxious thinking. For more information contact Louise Harbert (07841 070 685).
