This workshop is designed to support your students with understanding more how to support themselves with mental health challenges that may arise from school or outside of it. The workshop is an interactive session which will inform students on self-care tips, reframing negative thought patterns, better ways to use social media and self-reflecting on their own wellbeing. The workshop aims to leave students with a clearer understanding on how to support themselves on a day-to day basis and inform them where they can find external support if needed.

This workshop covers sensitive topics such as mental health. We do not expect students to share sensitive information within the workshop, however safeguarding concerns may arise. We aim to create a respectful environment for students to engage in the workshop.

50 minutes delivery followed by 5 minutes for questions and answers.

1 class (up to 30 students)

Our SUN workshops are delivered in person by one of our Project Facilitators.

Our interactive presentations aim to inform young people about higher education opportunities and support them to make well-informed decisions about their future education.

All workshops are free, can be integrated into you school day and are delivered by certified SUN facilitators, who are all Enhanced DBS checked.
