This short talk gives students practical advice on how to approach a University Open Day, including preparing questions for their prospective institution. Unbiased and informative, our talk is applicable for all UK universities and gives students some foresight in what to expect from their open day experience.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

20 minutes delivery followed by 5 minutes for questions and answers.

SUGGESTED COHORT SIZE:

Can be delivered to a large number of students.

HOW WILL THEY BE DELIVERED?

Our SUN short talks are delivered virtually by one of our Project Facilitators.

The short talk will be live-streamed to one or multiple screens and delivered by SUN staff, but will require school staff member to facilitate.

All workshops are free, can be integrated into you school day and are delivered by certified SUN facilitators, who are all Enhanced DBS checked.
