From September 2025, the University of Portsmouth will be launching new Degree Apprenticeships for Nursing, Paramedic and Diagnostic Radiographer career paths. Southern Universities Network (SUN), in collaboration with the university and staff from the NHS, will be running a training session on Wednesday 26th March to help equip careers leads, career teachers and subject teachers with further understanding about Health Degree Apprenticeships, to ultimately support their students’ progression.

13.45 – 14.05 / Lecturers – NHS staff 20 mins each
14.05- 14.25 / Lecturers – NHS staff 20 mins each
14.25 – 14.45 / Lecturers – NHS staff 20 mins each
14.45 – 15.15 / Tour of Facilities
15.15 – 15.30 / Refreshments
15.30 – 16.30 / Supporting Students (Barriers/ Interview and Application Support) Presented by Emma Gotz & Charlie Forshaw
