In this workshop, you will develop the skills and tools needed to identify and utilise strategies for effective studying. You will also develop an understanding of the importance of organisation and the role it plays in being able to study effectively.

In this workshop, you will explore the importance of being able to manage your time, whilst developing tools and strategies to better manage your time in education, careers and life. You will have the opportunity to review how you are currently spending your time and to identify where you could use it more effectively.

This workshop aims to increase your understanding of how our memory works and how to optimise its performance. The session also looks at ways to improve focus and to better manage distractions.

This workshop aims to enhance your understanding of the decision-making process, particularly in relation to the ‘next steps’ you will be taking in your educational and life journey. The purpose of the session is to ensure you feel confident in making effective, informed decisions when you need to, whilst also being able to identify why it can sometimes be difficult to make decisions.

This workshop explores what first impressions are and the important, often subconscious role they play. Within the session, you will begin to understand the different types of first impressions we make and what we can do to ensure we leave a positive lasting impression on the people we meet.
