WHAT IS apprenticeships uncovered?
Apprenticeships Uncovered is a workshop designed to familiarise students with the different types and levels of apprenticeships currently available. Students are encouraged to use research techniques to identify the skills and qualifications required to undertake an apprenticeship and potential routes to progress into a specific job sector. It looks to dispel the myths about apprenticeships giving students a clearer picture of the opportunities available to them.
how will it help your students?
This workshop will help your students develop an understanding of the different levels of apprenticeships and expose them to the new Higher and Degree apprenticeships that are on offer. Alongside this they will explore the benefits of apprenticeships and begin to understand the differences between an apprenticeship and degree pathway. The workshop will also draw on their research skills to explore the different requirements of apprenticeships in a range of sectors as well as identifying where they can source more information to help them research apprenticeship further.
